Printing partially blank forms

Apparently not. We are running v 2004.7r3 (version 8.0.7 build 3) under

Windows 2003 on a Dell PE 1950.

So either this is a different problem or it wasn't completely resolved
in

build 3.

I'm curious - under what conditions is it reproducible?
