Lanch External Process - Internet Explorer?

I have been using the command:

LAUNCH EXTERNAL PROCESS("c:\\windows\\explorer.exe")

successfully to launch Explorer.

When I look in that same windows directory I cannot find Internet  

Explorer?

Anyone know the path to IE?

Thanks in advance to the windows savvy from a mac centric guy ...
