Lanch External Process - Internet Explorer? [solved]

Problem turns out to be the path, IE is in c:\program files\internet
explorer\iexplore.exe

This I know but (at least on vista) replacing iexplore.exe for
explorer.exe does nothing but return system var OK=0 (failed).
LAUNCH EXTERNAL PROCESS("c:\\windows\\explorer.exe")
successfully to launch Explorer.
When I look in that same windows directory I cannot find Internet
Explorer?
Anyone know the path to IE?
