Palette Window with Drag Bar on Left Side

Hello All.

It seems to me that this has been covered on the NUG, but I have been
unable to locate anything on Gmane/Nabble.? Nor do I find anything
about it in the Refs.

I would like to have a floating palette with the drag bar on the left
side of the window, instead of across the top.? I used to do this with
an external.? But seem to recall being told that it could be done with
native language in 4d 2004.? I assume the basic window type remains a
palette window, i.e. 1984? Does anyone know the modifier to add to put
the bar on the left side of the window??
