Tab Controls, 4D 2004.7, and Leopard

Ah, the Transparent setting did it. Thanks.

Leaving this unchecked made it fine for Leopard and Windows XP. I
couldn't test Vista or pre-Leopard. Do they draw correctly there? If
so, I wonder what this setting is for.
