Sub domains

Jim,

I support a commercial package where we create a sub-domain for every
client

that uses the web functionality of the product. We name it "secure" and

prefix it to the domain as in "secure.4d.com".

Sub-domains are created at the same place where the domain is "Parked"
by

adding and "A" record to the domain naming the sub-domain and pointing
to

the IP address of the sub-domain.

If you send email from the sub-domain you will want to also create a
"PTR"

record for reverse lookups.
