Absolutely simple!!!!!
My app is called "123"
Instead of "Hello World" in the .hwbr, I put
<html>
<<meta http-equiv="Refresh"
content="0;URL3Help/_Welcome/Page00.html">
</html>
I copied my web folder into a folder next to my structure file call
"123Help" and now my web pages are displayed in the help viewer. And
all the links work!
My app is really 8 different apps, so I will be able to re-write the
.hwbr file to point to application/language specifique files.
Thank you very much miyako. As usual, you are a great help.

If I understand correctly, I must reference my helpbook name in
CFBundleHelpBookName of Info.plist and run Help Indexer.
Help Indexer creates the index file correctly and I can see my
anchors, but the hrefs using anchors don't work.
Can I create an info.plist in my app's Resource Folder and reference
my helpbook there?
When I display help, there is no window title and myap help is not in
the list of available help files.
