Obtaining A Windows System Path

I am looking for some assistance on whether it's possible to do the
following from inside of 4D:

I need to obtain the path to the Windows printer driver directory. For
example, if I had full access to the Windows API, you can use the
Windows
"GetPrinterDriverDirectory" API:

The returned directory will include the following path on a 32 bit
system
installed to "c:\windows":

c:\windows\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\

Is there any way to accomplish this from 4D programatically?
