Client stuck in blue circle loop

I just upgrade a customer to 4D V13. Had the client automatically
upgrade which was great to watch. However, the 4D Client after
synchronizing is stuck.
Server processes are showing Application Process and Client User
Interface waiting for events.
Its 12:40 AM and really I dont have a clue.
The same Server was running fine v12.5
Any help or tips?
